Return Policy:

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

Hometrics is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

All items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Hometrics does not accept returns for third-party retailers.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:

There are NO returns/exchanges on Hometrics's Customized Products. All Customized Products are guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece in the event that you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be voided immediately in the event that user damage is detected (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.). Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, a $99 USD Repair Fee will be charged for all future repairable product issues.
